RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Yeronga is committed to providing School uniforms that consistently reflect the School and its associated Community.
We do this by providing a positive shopping experience for our customer’s in-store and online, however, we understand the occasion may arise that you may not be satisfied with your purchase.
We gladly provide the opportunity to return your item(s) for an exchange or credit note (valid for 12 months from original purchase date) within 30 days of purchase.
WHAT IS YERONGA’S EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY?
- Items must be unwashed, unworn and in their original packaging accompanied by the original receipt of purchase.
- Due to health regulations, there is no exchange on Hats, Socks, Tights, Briefs, Hair Accessories and Swimwear.
HOW DO I GO ABOUT MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
PURCHASED IN-STORE?
- Simply come back into the original retail store you purchased the item(s) from – Store locations listed below.
PURCHASED ONLINE?
- If you purchased your items online you can simply post your exchange back to Yeronga School Uniforms PO Box 32, Punchbowl NSW 2196.
- You can leave the original order at the School office with a note outlining what you would like to exchange or send us an email notifying the relevant store of where you purchased the original item(s) at roselands@yerongauniforms.com or camden@yerongauniforms.com .
- Simply come back into the original retail store you purchased the item(s) from – Store locations listed below.
